Terms and conditions of Offer
- Special is for initial consultation only.
- Special does not apply to everyone, patient must mention the discount for it to be charged.
- If no private health insurance then 50% of the initial consult fee is charged.
- Patient code charged will be (500 for physio and F002 for podiatry) if patient is not covered by that code 50% of fee will apply.
- Exacerbation of previous injuries (>3months) can be claimed as an initial consultation.
- New injuries to an existing patient can be claimed as an initial consultation
- Discount is on the consultation only, not on consumables required during / after the consult.
