27th of March 2020

To our wonderful loyal customers, due to the Covid 19 crisis we are remaining open as per the state and federal government request. We aim to be open for limited hours during the crisis as part of the strategy to keep people out of hospital.  This will mean limited administration support so please book online wherever possible and consider Telehealth as an alternative.

We are currently taking referrals from major centres to reduce pressure on the hospital system. Right now, they don’t need patients who can be seen in local practices so please consider seeing us for your sprains, strains, aches and pains before seeking Hospital or General Practitioner care.

Clearly, you need to be sure that you don’t have any cold or flu symptoms, been in contact with someone with cold of flu symptoms, travelled from abroad in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone who has arrived from abroad in the last 14 days.

We are doing out utmost to ensure that social distancing is occurring in our practice. This includes:

  • Individual waiting areas in the clinic or wait in your car until your appointment.
  • Only one person permitted in the reception area at any time.
  • Card payment only
  • Sanitisation of all equipment and surfaces that patients touch during their appointment.

Current COVID 19 restrictions as of 30/11/2022

Currently, there are no restrictions for face to face treatment of patients. However, we request that if you have cold and flu symptoms you cancel your appointment. Whilst masks are no longer mandatory in allied health settings, we do recommend them.
