Ingredients:
- 1 whole Cucumber
- 1 large Lemon
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Slice cucumber into thin slices and set aside.
- Cut lemon into slices and set juice aside.
- Combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a jar and shake until combined.
- Pour dressing over sliced cucumbers in a bowl, add sesame seeds and stir gently until mixed through.
Garnish with fresh basil and lemon zest for a delicious side salad.
