Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Almonds
- 1⁄4 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1⁄4 tsp. Vanilla Paste
- 5 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1⁄2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Salt
Method
- Soak dates in a bowl of hot water ahead of time for at least an hour.
- Combine almonds, coconut, cinnamon and salt into a food processor and blend until
small crumbs appear.
- Remove dates from water and add to the food processor along with the rest of the
ingredients and blend for two more minutes.
- When ingredients are mixed thoroughly, roll into balls and refrigerate to set. Cover in
coconut flakes if desired.
