REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial Massage also referred to as Deep Tissue Massage, is designed to increase the flow of blood and lymph, particularly in injured areas. It creates the conditions for the body’s return to normal health after injury. Remedial massage is also used for lifestyle conditions such as repetitive strain injury and back pain. Tenderness during the treatment indicates which muscles and tendons are injured. The massage therapist uses the patient’s feedback to pinpoint the damaged tissue and to regulate pressure.

Regular Remedial Massage can be of huge benefit to your body, relieving muscle tension and pain, improving joint mobility and posture, boosting immunity and reducing stress.

Our massage therapist uses a variety of remedial techniques in her treatments to assist clients with a range of issues such as:

  • Fibromyalgia
