Beachbox Physiotherapy are proud to welcome Ria Gillespie to our Seaford team. Ria is Diploma of Health Science qualified with 10 years remedial massage experience and 5 years Pilates teaching. Experienced in injury rehabilitation, pain management, pregnancy massage, general relaxation and therapeutic massage for stress relief. A member of AAMT with additional qualifications in Pregnancy Massage, Pilates Instruction and Myofacial Cupping.
Ria will be available every Thursday afternoon for massage appointments and will be holding a Pilates class at 5.30pm every Thursday, starting this Thursday 6th October.
